How long does a process analysis take?
For an SME with 10 to 50 employees usually one to two weeks: on-site review, evaluation, presentation of measures. Then you decide what you implement yourself and where we help.
Do you work on site or remote?
Both, depending on what the topic needs. Analyses and workshops often on site in Switzerland, implementation and alignment remote. We do not bill travel time as consulting time.
